SNOMAD is a collection of computational tools for the Standardization and NOrmalization of MicroArray Data. Developed by Carlo Colantuoni with Jonathan Pevsner, Scott Zeger, and George Henry at Johns Hopkins University. The SNOMAD tools are freely available to all researchers with internet access.


Other Projects in Progress:

SAVAGE (Statistical Analysis and Visualization of Annotated Gene Expression data) is a rigorous tool for finding functionally related gene groups which are regulated in large gene expression datasets.

PING (Protein Interaction Networks in Gene expression data) is a tool for finding subnetworks of interacting proteins which are differentially expressed in large gene expression datasets.
