The Annual Junior Investigator Symposium on Genomics and Bioinformatics sponsored by the Department of Biostatistics in the the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and organized by Carlo Colantuoni and Giovanni Parmigiani, was held on Friday, September 5th, 2008 in Tilghman Auditorium in the Turner Concourse in the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, 8:30am-4:30pm.

SNOMAD is a collection of webtools created using the R statistical language for the Standardization and NOrmalization of MicroArray Data. Developed by Carlo Colantuoni with Jonathan Pevsner, Scott Zeger, and George Henry at Johns Hopkins University. The SNOMAD tools are freely available to all researchers with internet access.
